Automatic Corrugated Case Erector for American Case Boxes
Automatic Corrugated Case Erector is a machine designed for forming corrugated cardboard boxes from flat closed blanks, bottom forming and sealing with adhesive tape.
The machine is suitable for American case boxes used in secondary and transport packaging lines for food, beverage, dairy, household, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and non-food products.
The case erector automatically takes a corrugated blank from the magazine, opens it into a box, forms the bottom flaps and seals the bottom with adhesive tape. The machine can also be equipped with a hot-melt glue station.
The equipment supports a wide range of corrugated box formats and can work with blanks without strict requirements for corrugated board or adhesive tape quality, which makes it practical for industrial end-of-line packaging.
The formed box can be transferred further to manual or automatic product loading, case packing, carton sealing, palletizing and other end-of-line operations.
Automatic Corrugated Case Erector can be integrated into SIGITASPAK secondary packaging and case packing lines for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
