Automatic Cardboard Box Erector for Corrugated Boxes
Automatic Cardboard Box Erector is a high-speed machine designed for automatic forming of corrugated cardboard boxes from flat closed blanks.
The machine forms the box body, folds the bottom flaps and seals the bottom with adhesive tape. It is suitable for secondary and transport packaging lines where ready corrugated boxes are required for further product loading.
This model is designed for higher-speed box forming tasks and supports output up to 25–30 boxes per minute, making it suitable for automated end-of-line packaging systems.
The machine works with corrugated blanks in a wide format range and can use blanks without strict requirements for corrugated cardboard or adhesive tape quality.
If required, the equipment can be supplied with a hot-melt glue station and glue head for applications where adhesive tape sealing must be replaced or supplemented by hot-melt gluing.
Automatic Cardboard Box Erector can be integrated with product loading systems, case packers, carton sealing machines, conveyors, palletizing equipment and complete end-of-line packaging systems for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
