FORMLINE Thermoforming Machine

The FORMLINE thermoforming machine is designed for automated packaging of food and non-food products in formed trays and flexible packs made from roll-fed film materials. The machine forms trays or cavities from the bottom film directly inside the packaging line. After forming, products are loaded into the prepared cavities, sealed with top film and cut into individual packages with neat edge trimming. FORMLINE can be used for vacuum packaging, modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) or standard hermetically sealed packs. This makes the machine suitable for products that require hygienic packaging, stable package geometry and extended shelf life. The equipment is used for meat, poultry, fish, cheese, sausages, ready meals, semi-finished products, desserts, bakery products, frozen food and selected non-food products. FORMLINE is suitable for manufacturers that need continuous industrial packaging, repeatable sealing quality, efficient film usage and flexible changeover for different package formats.
