FP/10-ULTRA Stretch Pallet Wrapping Machine
FP/10-ULTRA Stretch Pallet Wrapping Machine is an automatic turntable pallet wrapper designed for wrapping palletized goods with stretch film at the final stage of packaging and warehouse handling.
The machine is used for stabilising loads on pallets before storage, internal logistics, shipment and transportation. Stretch wrapping helps protect products from falling, shifting, dust and damage during handling.
Pallet wrapping is the final protective stage of end-of-line packaging. The machine groups boxes, bundles or other packed products into a stable pallet load and wraps them with stretch film for safe transport and warehouse operations.
During operation, the pallet is placed on the rotating platform. The machine detects the pallet height with a photosensor, rotates the platform and moves the film carriage along the load height to apply the required number of stretch film layers.
FP/10-ULTRA is suitable for different palletized goods, including corrugated boxes, shrink-wrapped bundles, cartons, bottled products, bags and other transport packages prepared for palletizing.
The machine can be used as standalone pallet wrapping equipment or integrated into SIGITASPAK end-of-line systems with case packers, carton sealing machines, conveyors, robotic palletizers and warehouse packaging equipment for factories in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
