VDD10 Multi-Lane Pendulum Dosing System is a compact multi-lane dosing unit designed for integration with stick pack and sachet packaging machines.
The dosing system is suitable for sugar, salt and similar free-flowing crystalline or granular products that require stable portioning before packaging into narrow single-serve formats.
VDD10 is designed for multi-lane stick pack and sachet packaging tasks where compact dimensions, repeatable dosing and stable product distribution across several lanes are required.
The system uses 10 weighing modules with 0.5 l module volume. The target portion is formed before discharge into the packaging machine lanes, helping maintain stable dosing for free-flowing products.
VDD10 can be used for single-serve packaging lines where products such as sugar or salt are packed into stick packs or sachets for retail, HoReCa, portion packs and industrial distribution.
The dosing system can be integrated into SIGITASPAK stick pack and sachet packaging lines for food and non-food manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
