Automatic Carton Sealer for Corrugated Boxes is an automatic machine designed for sealing corrugated cardboard boxes with adhesive tape at the final stage of packaging lines.
The machine is used for closing boxes already filled with products. It is suitable for American Case corrugated boxes used for transport packaging, storage, warehouse handling and shipment of finished goods.
Automatic carton sealing helps standardise the final packaging stage, reduce manual operations and provide consistent tape sealing of corrugated boxes before palletizing, storage and logistics.
During operation, the filled box is transferred to the sealing zone, where the machine closes and seals the carton with adhesive tape. The equipment is suitable for a wide range of corrugated box formats and can work with boxes made from different corrugated board qualities.
The carton sealer can be installed after manual packing stations, case erectors, American Case packers, wraparound case packers, sleeve-type case packers and other end-of-line packaging equipment.
