OPTIONS
Filling and packaging Pastpack OR machine is designed as a special version of basic rotary machine. Open slots of a rotary table and an in-line machine configuration solves these special tasks:
- Filling into containers of irregular shape (containers can't be placed in slots vertically)
- Filling into glass, metal containers
- Filling into bottles/cups higher than 200 mm
- Sealing of filled containers (e.g. while packaging fish preserves)
- Plate conveyor with an adjustable sideways monitor and an optical restriction of the container's path sensor
- Rotary turntable with open pockets
- Optical sensor to monitor container availability in a turntable pocket
- Stand-alone volumetric filler
- Foil lid placing unit
