This filler is designed to automatically dose and fill a wide array of free-flowing small size products with a diameter of the particles up to 10 mm. The design eliminates the probability of causing any damage to the product while in the filling process. This filler can run both independently and with vertical packaging machines from the Pitpack series.Combinational multihead weigher AMATA-КАТЕ-210-R with 10 weighing pockets is designed to accurately dose and fill free-flowing small, medium and large size products. The principle of combinational dosing grants high packing accuracy while maintaining high efficiency (up to 90 doses/min). All parts in contact with the product are made of polished stainless steel (for frozen products – corrugated stainless steel). The weigher is equipped with an automatic dosing process adjustment function together with the function of rejection. Multihead weigher can be used as an independent unit with an external control system or as a combination with filling & packaging machines.
