OPTIONS
The depositing machine PITPACK OP3 is designed for depositing and string cutting of half-finished pastries from shortcrust, liquid and soft dough with its further baking in different stoves. Machine design features allow to change roll filling devices depending on dough type.

  • A set of rollers and nozzles
  • A set of drawing nozzles for cookies “Kurab’ye”

Optional:
  • Filling cogged-roll unit for liquid pastry
  • A set of slotted nozzles to produce flat sponge shortcakes
  • A set of nozzles for filling a baking cup to produce sponge cakes
